A shared workshop in Vendays-Montalivet

A space to create, work and build together

In Vendays-Montalivet, many artisans work with passion, skill and fair prices.

But many of them don’t have a workshop of their own. Some projects require space, machines, and specific equipment – which isn’t always possible when you’re just starting out or working solo.

We propose the creation of a shared workshop, a bit like a co-working space, but dedicated to craftsmanship. A well-equipped place, accessible by the day or the hour, where anyone can come to work on their projects, repair, make, learn or pass on their skills.

This space would allow small entrepreneurs to take on projects they couldn’t accept before.

It would also strengthen the local economy, encourage collaboration between trades, and inspire young people to get started.

A space not only for working, but also for exchanging, creating, and keeping local know-how alive – for the benefit of our town and all those who are shaping its future.
