A FabLab for Vendays-Montalivet – a workshop for ideas, a place to invent together

What is a FabLab?

It is a workshop open to everyone, equipped with modern tools and digital machines such as 3D printers, laser cutters or electronics workstations.

A place where people can design, build, repair, experiment and learn together.

For Vendays-Montalivet, a FabLab — for example in Mayan — would be a real opportunity: attracting young engineers, developers and creators, helping local craftspeople build prototypes, and offering schools and associations a space to learn and innovate.

This FabLab could also be linked to the shared workshop we already propose: a common space where traditional craftsmanship meets modern technology. A place to share tools, ideas and the desire to build things together.
