House of Connection and Digital Access – open to everyone in Vendays

In Montalivet, there is already a coworking space used all year round — a place where people can work, exchange ideas and easily connect. In Vendays, such a place is still missing.

We therefore propose creating a House of Connection and Digital Access, an open and welcoming space dedicated to meeting, mutual support and digital access for all residents.

A place where everyone can find their place:

• Those who do not have a reliable internet connection at home could come here to connect or print a document.
• Older residents could receive help using their phone or computer.
• Young people could do their homework or receive after-school support.
• And anyone who wishes to work quietly or simply exchange with other residents would be welcome.

This place would be run by a non-profit association and would operate thanks to the commitment of local residents. The goal is to create a space for sharing, learning and community spirit.

It would not be a commercial establishment, but an open meeting place for everyone.

Coffee, tea or a simple drink could be offered in a friendly spirit, as a gesture of welcome.

A simple, lively and welcoming place — reflecting Vendays itself: connected, supportive and human.
