A tourist train between the holiday centres – for a smoother and more enjoyable summer

In the high season, market days in Montalivet are often very busy: many visitors, few parking spaces and saturated streets.

Yet most holidaymakers come from the large holiday centres around Montalivet — ACM, Campéole, the CHM and even Euronat — all only a few kilometres away.

We propose setting up a small tourist train during the summer, connecting these centres with the market and the centre of Montalivet.

It is a simple, playful and practical mode of transport, appreciated by families, children and visitors, while also reducing pressure on parking.

Being able to come to the market without looking for a parking space, and leaving calmly after shopping or sharing a drink, is a solution that makes life easier and more pleasant.

Many towns along the Atlantic coast have already adopted this type of small tourist train with success: it energises local life, reduces traffic and creates a real summer atmosphere.
