It\u2019s only 10 kilometers from Vendays to Monta \u2013 but without a car, it quickly becomes complicated<\/strong>. Whether it\u2019s going to the market, the beach, a party, or simply keeping the connection between the village and the coast, today it almost always requires your own vehicle.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s especially difficult for younger people without a license or car, and for elderly residents who are no longer very mobile.<\/p>\n

In the end, it\u2019s often families or neighbors who have to take care of transport, and the middle generation ends up playing chauffeur all the time.<\/p>\n

On market days in particular, a shuttle would be a real benefit<\/strong>: not everyone is in shape to drive back afterwards. A safe and convenient return means comfort and peace of mind for everyone.<\/p>\n

A regular and accessible shuttle between Vendays and Monta would make everyday life easier for the residents.<\/strong> In summer, it could also be used by tourists, strengthening the link between the beach and the village and making Vendays more attractive.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t just an idea: the example of \u00cele d\u2019Ol\u00e9ron<\/strong> proves it works. Since 2010, a shuttle has been running there and has already carried over a million passengers. A success story that shows it\u2019s possible here too.<\/p>\n
