Our communal spaces are a precious asset.<\/strong> They host association meetings, classes, social gatherings and celebrations. But anyone who has tried to book a room knows it\u2019s not always straightforward: how to proceed, who gets priority, what are the rules?<\/strong><\/p>\n

That\u2019s why we propose a simple system<\/strong> that everyone can understand and use. You\u2019ll be able to see which rooms are available, how they\u2019re equipped and when they\u2019re free. Booking should be easy<\/strong> \u2013 online or directly at the town hall.<\/p>\n

What matters most are clear, consistent rules for everyone.<\/strong> Associations, individuals, small businesses and freelancers should all have access to the rooms based on transparent and predefined criteria. This way, everyone knows where they stand, and decisions are made fairly.<\/p>\n
