Smoother, safer, fairer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s still one remaining traffic light in Montalivet. Many know the situation: you end up waiting even when there\u2019s hardly any traffic \u2013 or people take detours to skip the queue.<\/p>\n

We propose replacing this light with a roundabout.<\/strong> It\u2019s simpler, flows better and is safer \u2013 especially when traffic is light.<\/p>\n

Roundabouts have proven their value everywhere: they reduce wait times and make intersections safer.<\/strong> And even when accidents happen, the consequences are often less serious thanks to the lower speeds.<\/p>\n

In the long term, a roundabout is also more economical<\/strong>, requiring less maintenance than a traffic signal. And most of all, it fits the spirit of our town: practical, calm and full of common sense.<\/strong><\/p>\n
